WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Assist the Operation Manager in the oversight of operations and employees at WWL's Equipment Processing Center
• Lead continuous process improvements to achieve a safe and cost-efficient work environment that meets performance targets
• Oversee operations at our processing Center
• Achieve a safe and cost-efficient work environment
• Meet performance targets

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• 3-5 years first line supervisory and employee relations experience
• SOP, MRP, TQM, JIT, Kaizen, 5S, and visual factory management
• Microsoft Office computer skills, and database navigational skills
• A 4-year degree is preferred or high school diploma with equivalent experience
• A valid drivers license and the ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions
• Able to operate/drive heavy equipment/machinery
