    Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients achieve their maximum functional potential and improving their quality of life through evidence-based physical therapy interventions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate patients' physical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing assessment and reassessment of progress.
    • Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function.
    • Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and home exercise programs.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes for patients.
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
    • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
    • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice principles.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
    • Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
