- Evaluate patients' physical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing assessment and reassessment of progress.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes for patients.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
