Our client, an established company that offers crisis-proof and future-oriented jobs, is looking for a new colleague (m/f/d) for their User Help Desk/IT Support.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for handling disruptions and user inquiries via phone, email, and ticket system.
As a "problem solver," you always look for solutions and know how to forward tricky inquiries to the second-level support.
As you pay attention to detail, you enter all necessary data and documents into the modern ticket system. To prevent the same error from happening again, you document your successes in the database to help other colleagues.Qualifications:
- Completed education, preferably in IT, but not mandatory
- Good commercial and SLA knowledge
- Mandatory experience in support
- Solution and customeroriented mindset
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
