Customer Advisor (m/f/div.) International Sales Department / Medical Technology

Your tasks:

You make our customers happy all over the world
From our location in Rosbach, you work closely with our area managers worldwide and our order processing department to support them in international customer care (e.g. creating and following up on offers, discussing customer concerns and actions with customers)
You accompany our long-standing customers and advocate for good long-term customer relationships

Your profile:

You enjoy taking care of our customers by phone and email
Good knowledge of English
Commercial or technical training (e.g. dental technician, dental assistant, dental assistant, dental assistant)
Good communication skills and composure
