- Professionally represent GH Phipps and support Company strategic initiatives
- Establish and foster positive long-term relationships with internal customers and business partners
- Execute GH Phipps policies and procedures
- Embrace a lean culture and work environment
- Create and manage weekly work plans
- Maintain horizontal and vertical layout control
- Verify the installation of concrete imbeds and bolt settings
- Manage all GH Phipps' field personnel as directed by supervisor
- Manage GH Phipps' equipment rental
- Coordination with as-built conditions
- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
- Implement all aspects of internal and external change process as required
- Act as co-chair superintendent in weekly foreman meetings
- Review project documents and maintain adherence to plans and specifications
- Review shop drawings for project coordination
- Support and enforce jobsite safety requirements
- Complete reports as required in the Safety Manual
- Manage the full implementation of company safety, risk management, environmental, and stormwater programs
- Ensure adherence with JHAs
- Coordinate GH Phipps' material delivery to jobsite
- Manage GH Phipps' Safety Data Sheets program
- Enforce and administer GH Phipps' Quality Assurance Program
- Manage daily timekeeping and proper phase coding
- Assist supervisor in maintaining as-built drawings and specifications
- Assist with supervising specific subcontractors as directed by supervisor
- Assist with all aspects of job setup, project meetings, safety, record-keeping, quality control, and close-out as directed
- Assist in coordinating project personnel activities to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget
- Actively mentor and train field workforce
- Manage self-perform production tracking
- Assist with subcontractor production tracking
- Proficient in CMiC
- Proficient in Bluebeam
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish) a plus
- HOURLY RATE $36.52 USD
- EDUCATION Bachelor's degree and/or carpentry apprenticeship program
