Job Description

As a plant mechanic, you will manufacture and install piping systems, boilers, and containers that are needed in energy production and coal mine gas extraction. You will either manually produce or use special machines to create individual components for larger machines, apparatuses, and devices in various industrial sectors such as boilers, pipes, and tanks. You will also be responsible for the maintenance and modification of these complex industrial machines and systems. This job requires knowledge of various work techniques such as X-ray welding, independent measuring, sketching, soldering, marking, bending, sawing, and grinding. Work locations include both workshop halls and assembly sites, with some tasks also being performed outdoors.
