- Completing all documents for shipping. Filing AES, preparing airway bills, confirming all documents are on hand required for shipping and by TSA.
- Tracking shipments daily and alerting customers with complete details.
- Following all TSA security and regulations.
- Complete costs on each file and print invoices. Making sure that all files are invoiced before the last day of the month. Mail invoices daily.
- Prepare check log and send into accounting weekly or when instructed.
- Answer emails from customers and overseas agents in a timely manner.
- Make bookings with airlines. Schedule trucks to pick up cargo.
- Answering phones in a timely manner.
- Handling on hand notifications and
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be enrolled in college or have recently graduated; no more than 6 months ago.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English proficiently.
- Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts.
- Work is done before leaving the office.
- Must pass pre-employment background check.
