    Description

    The measurement analyst provides support activities to various Measurement Department functions. Support activities includes data analysis, reporting, monitoring, investigation, and field dispatching. Functions supported include AMI module inventory, meter exchange program, meter shop and measurement field activities.

    MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    Functional Expertise:

    Accountable for tracking, monitoring and reconciling AMI module inventory

    Coordinates periodic AMI module inventory counts

    Monitors the AMI module RMA process

    Process data into asset tracking system

    Analyzes and resolves meter and meter data issues

    Monitors statistical sampling programs

    Investigates incomplete or missing data and works with appropriate parties to resolve

    Ability to interact with and understand multiple pieces of data across multiple systems (Asset Repository, Click, CCB, Mainframe, FlowGIS, 7I, GCMA, etc.)

    Fulfill ad hoc requests as necessary (II, III)

    Gather, interpret, and format data and metrics for presentations for internal and external use (II, III)

    Other duties as assigned

    Business Acumen:

    Initiate activities to support the needs and direction of the business (II, III)

    Evaluate and recommend changes to process when new issues arise

    Provide analytical research and problem solving to identify problems, issues, errors and determine root cause (II, III)

    Utilizes analytical skills to evaluate data for accuracy

    Identify and evaluate improvements to systems (II, III)
