    What we would be looking for in the future when a Senior Manager or Manager

    position in the GTM Finance function opens up:


    As either a Senior Manager or Manager, depending on experience, you will collaborate cross-functionally within finance and partner with sales leaders, revenue operations, product, and marketing to perform financial and strategic analyses to support decision-making and accelerate growth.

    In This Role, You Will


    Drive forecasting and annual planning for bookings, churn, downsell, ARR, NRR, operating expenses, headcount, and performance optimization to support the Sales and Marketing business units.

    Provide analyses and insights into key metrics to serve as thought partners to the sales leaders of Druva in their strategic and operational decision-making.

    Share valuable insights on operational and financial metrics as needed and part of monthly and quarterly business reviews.
    You will be able to understand the full sales cycle and identify where the company should focus efforts
    Provide financial and strategic perspectives on business planning workstreams, including sales compensation, and pricing/packaging.
    Assist with process and systems improvements to drive the company's continued growth and scaling.

    Requirements
    You have 6-8 years of directly applicable experience, with time spent in Finance/FP&A positions within a top technology company

    You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a track record of executing on a shared vision, engaging culture, and delivering on priorities.

    You take pride in your analytical skills and enjoy applying them to tackle complex business problems and drive actionable recommendations.

    You can operate through ambiguity, complete projects end-to-end independently, and prioritize your workload.
    You have a track record of maintaining strong relationships and communicating with a wide range of partners.
    You enjoy being part of a team and practice confidence without attitude or ego.

    However, if this position were to open, it would align with the compensation information below.


    The pay range for this position is expected to be between $136,000 and $232,667/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

    The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity.

    Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits program, including health and wellness benefits, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
