BELLAMI is seeking an experienced Supply & Planning Coordinator who will provide leadership in all facets of the supply chain side of the company.

This position will manage all aspects of the purchasing forecasting, supply and production planning along with the end to end PO management process for the Brand(s) and product categories they are assigned.

This position will work closely with the assigned Brand(s) and Supply Chain team to effectively manage and support product sales while maintaining department KPIs related to inventory turn rates, in-stocks, and revenue targets.

The position will report to and work with the Executive Director of Supply Chain to plan and execute both short term and long-term strategies to ensure continued success in a fast paced, high growth environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage demand & supply planning and purchasing activities for assigned brands, categories, SKU's in Netstock and supply planning/ERP systems.
  • Develop sales forecasts, inventory plans and budgets for assigned brands and categories working closely with finance.
  • Conduct the replenishment process for all assigned brands/categories/SKU's including new product launches working closely with brand counterparts.
  • Identify and implement the appropriate replenishment strategy & manage inventory spend for assigned brands/categories
  • Determine optimal purchase quantities for all managed brands, categories, and SKUS
  • Monitor and process all changes to existing purchase orders for assigned brands, categories and SKUs
  • Coordinate purchase order payment schedule and status with finance department
  • Oversee the billing research process.
  • Create and manage sales and inventory reporting for internal customers.
  • Monitor and report on vendor production PO fulfillment performance for assigned brands/categories/SKUs
  • Management of in stock reporting, logistics and cost of goods.
  • Case pack optimization and MOQ management.
  • Forecast accuracy management, reporting, root cause analysis and action planning.
  • Supplier communication with respect to purchase orders, production and active purchase order management of ongoing shifts in purchase orders to optimize brand/SKU inventory positions.
  • Supports factory capacity and raw material planning (future raw hair, etc.)
  • Ad hoc analysis and ability to create reporting as required by the business.
  • Completion of various weekly, monthly and quarterly reports highlighting department performance related to Supply Chain KPIs

Requirements:

years of experience working in a supply planning or similar role

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to implement successful change.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and prior experience working with supply planning
systems (i.e., NetSuite, Demand Works, etc.) is strongly preferred.

  • A bachelor's degree or comparable work experience
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills (i.e., NetSuite, PowerBI, SourceDay, etc.).
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions while working under time constraints.
  • Must be detail oriented yet flexible in a fastmoving environment
