I am looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Window Treatment Salesperson to join our team.

As a sales associate, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the selection process of their window treatments, from initial consultation to final sale.

This position is part-time and as-needed, based on appointments, providing flexibility to fit with your schedule.


Responsibilities:

• Conduct inhome or virtual consultations to assess customer needs and recommend suitable window treatments.
• Provide expert advice on design, functionality, and aesthetics of various window treatments.
• Prepare and deliver presentations of products and services to potential clients.
• Manage the endtoend sales process, including measurement, quotation, and followup.
• Build and maintain strong, longlasting customer relationships.
• Meet and exceed personal sales targets.
• Stay uptodate with product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in window treatments or related home furnishings field.
• Strong understanding of the products and services offered, including technical specifications.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel to client sites within the designated area.
• Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
• Access to a reliable mode of transportation.
