At Databricks, our goal is to empower our customers in Macomb, IL to solve complex data problems using our Lakehouse platform.

As a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA), you will play a crucial role in this mission.

Working closely with our sales and field engineering teams, you will drive the adoption and growth of the Databricks platform in strategic accounts.

As a DSA, you will ensure customer success by providing technical guidance and support to our most complex customers who have already chosen to use Databricks for their workloads.

This is a hybrid role that combines technical expertise with commercial responsibilities.

You will be responsible for driving growth in your assigned customers and use cases by leading stakeholder engagement, building executive relationships, coordinating with other specialized teams within Databricks, and creating and executing plans and strategies for your colleagues to follow.

You will also serve as the technical lead for all Databricks products post-sale, using your skills and technical knowledge to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization.

You will report directly to a DSA manager as part of our Field Engineering team.

Your impact will include:

Assisting strategic customers in deploying or migrating their use cases and workloads onto the Databricks Lakehouse platform, and leading the postsale technical account strategy and execution plan
Acting as the accountable technical leader for specific use cases and customers across multiple sales teams and internal stakeholders, ensuring successful onboarding, enablement, and adoption of Databricks workloads
