Req:
36 months Directional Drilling Experience or alt. Engineering related field.
Required:
Solid Works Experience
Required:
Project Management under PMI Approach Experience
30% Travel Required to various cities including West Texas.
Formulate specifications for projects while allocating resources needed for RPC Technicians.
Prepare Strategy Proposal and design drilling optimization plan while digitalizing for engagement.
Acquire thread type connection drawings, supervise thread connection maintenance/repair and monitor QA/QC/QI standards including all assigned Safety Operating Procedures.
Promote a safety-first culture by ensuring all safety policies are upheld to the highest standard.
Ensure the Company's Code of Conduct Policy is understood by all employees and upheld to the highest standard.
Monitor adherence to performance initiatives, track Quality KPIs, and communicate results to the organization.
Develop, implement, and manage the continuous quality and process improvement efforts.
Working closely with Management, initiate positive customer interactions, leading process changes that improve product quality and reduce costs.
Train, mentor, and lead teams in efforts that will assure compliance, ensuring that employees are properly resourced and trained to efficiently and effectively execute their quality
responsibilities.
Ensure standard work through development of work documentation and training to standards.
Requires leadership to drive change in a fast paced and ever-changing environment leveraging strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with all organizational levels, creating value and buy-in while leading initiatives.
Develop and maintain the organization's Quality Manual with appropriate industry standards and codes.
Assists and coordinates 3rd party audits and performance reviews of suppliers.
Ensure the quality of operations within the Quality Management System (QMS).
Track, report and review the Quality Performance Indicators on a regular basis to drive continuous improvement and report results to appropriate management members.
Pay:
$131, $160,742.00 per year
