Your main responsibilities include:
Checking travel expense reports Checking receipt reimbursements Checking the taxable benefit approval in the billing system, export, and upload into the accounting system Control of payment runs Recording, maintenance, and setup of master data and access authorizations Maintenance of open item lists Your qualifications Must have: Completed commercial training Solid experience in the field of travel expenses Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel Professional appearance and customer service orientation Proactivity and resilience Precise and reliable work Nice to have: Good knowledge of English Knowledge of the agency/media environment Experience with the Mediaocean system Perspectives Enjoy flexibility with flexible working hours at 38 hours/week and 2 days of home office per week Experience relaxation and recharge your energy with 35 days of vacation Achieve a balanced work-life balance by fairly compensating for overtime Added value and personal gain
