Description

ARIAS is seeking a dedicated leader to join our team, someone with a strong sense of enthusiasm and purpose. With over 120 years of experience in the industry, we are at the forefront of our field.

The key responsibilities for this role include:

Serving our current client base.
Exploring new business prospects within a B2B setting.
Supervising and ensuring the productivity of the team.
Training and nurturing new team members on our established procedures.
Providing daily reports on field activities through our CRM.
Focusing on daily recruitment, training, and leadership enhancement.

Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

Exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail capabilities.
Effective time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.
Strong supervisory and leadership aptitude.
Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
Performing well in a fast-paced and occasionally challenging environment.
Passionate about assisting others and building connections.
Previous experience in sales or customer service.
Self-driven with a focus on achieving goals.
A community-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce.

Licensing Requirements:

Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S.
Clean background check and reliable transportation.
A 45-day evaluation period before potential progression.

This position offers a competitive weekly salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.
