Are you a fan of Rocky, OK? Our client is looking for talented individuals to join their customer service team for a brand new mobility app.

This app allows users to rent cars, motorcycles, bicycles, and Segway-type devices.

With almost half a million registered users across Europe and over 100,000 transport vehicles available, the company is constantly growing and expanding.

As a customer service representative, your job will involve welcoming new users and supporting existing ones. The app displays available vehicles in the user's area with leasing options and prices.

Once a user makes their choice, they can complete the booking process and the vehicle will be instantly available until they log out of the app.


Your responsibilities will include guiding new users through the registration process, verifying and securely storing their ID, driving license (if applicable), and bank details.

You will also use a Skype-like app to ensure the person matches the documents uploaded during registration.

Additionally, you will answer any questions about invoices, how to open cars or start engines, and handle feedback regarding cleanliness and damages.

If needed, you will also arrange for charged batteries to be exchanged and connect users with taxi app providers if they prefer not to drive on their own.


To be a part of the customer service team, you should be motivated to work in a customer service/support environment and be able to work full-time in shifts (40 hours per week).

You should also have excellent communication skills and be fluent in Bulgarian or Greek.
