Overall Position Summary and Objectives
The purpose of this position is to support biological experiments conducted at the Center for Alzheimer's and Related Dementias.

This position will lead studies to organize, manage, and prepare human biological samples for next-generation sequencing, array-based genotyping, and other studies.

The position will also have an administrative role in coordinating with clinical sites providing samples and tracking sample status and information for reporting purposes.

Statement of Work Details:

Provides technical expertise necessary to contribute to the study of fundamental principles of plant and animal life.
Assists in conducting basic laboratory experiments and procedures.
Prepares, organizes, and maintains various laboratory samples, supplies, and equipment.
Acquires proficiency in new laboratory techniques and procedures.
