ArchPoint Produce Technician:
The Produce Technician is responsible for effectively managing the relationships between Produce Department Managers and our clients.
The effective incumbent will create an effective sales strategy in order to promote the sale of produce to our clients.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- To be an ambassador for the manufacturers we represent to the retailer
- You will have responsibility for a group of retail stores in which to conduct store checks
- Building working relationships with Produce Department Managers and Team Members
- Timely communication to the retailers assigned to you as well as your supervisor
- Managing your retail mileage and work time in accordance with the company policies and procedures
- Timely project completion as the business dictates
- Timely communication to your supervisor on issues involving our suppliers to ensure we meet the needs of the supplier
- While operating your personal vehicle to conduct business, you adhere to all laws and regulations
- Consider all business information and selling materials as confidential and not to be shared with anyone outside our working relationships with the stores
- Responsible for understanding the needs of the business as communicated from your supervisor and or retail store management
- Attend department sets per HEB's request. Most of the set are conducted overnight.
- Although rare, assistance outside of Katy will be necessary.
- Overnight stays may be required.
Skills & Qualifications:
- High School degree or equivalent.
- At least one year of previous experience in working in a sales environment
- Previous experience working with CPG clients, preferred
- Strong detail orientation skills

Office setting AND Remote/Travel
Physical Demands:
Office Positions
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Pay:
From $16.00 per hour
