About the role:


Responsibilities:

• Maintain Mazak FH 6800/8800, Nexus 6800's, Pallettechs, OKK 1250s, Grinders, Etc.
• Perform mechanical repairs (and rebuild) on all machines.
• Check inputs and outputs if Mitsubishi and Fanuc PLCs
• Support with scheduling PM, reading reports, diagrams and drawings.
• Working knowledge of tool Probing function for CNC Mill Machines.
• Experience repairing hydraulic/pneumatics, 480v systems, single/three phase motors.
• Repair Servodrives, limit switches, VFDs, Prox sensors, Encoders, Power supplies, and pallet change codes.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain machine tool equipment and controls.
• Use machine tool manuals, technical documents, and internal and vendor resources to research machine issues.
• Wire and rebuild high pressure coolants systems.
• Maintain and rebuild according to OEM specifications.
• Work based on a sense of urgency with machine down conditions.
• Experience with gear boxes, shafts, bearings, valves, pumps, etc.
• Troubleshoot hydraulics, electronics, and software, electrical, pneumatic and mechanical systems.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English
• Strong mechanical knowledge, including experience with schematics
• Previous experience in facilities maintenance and general maintenance tasks
• Familiarity with programmable logic controllers and welding techniques
• Electrical experience is a plus
• Prior supervising experience in a manufacturing setting
• Customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Leadership qualities to effectively manage maintenance tasks

These qualifications will be essential for success in the role of Maintenance Technician, especially considering the use of Fanuc, CNC, and CNC milling machines in the job responsibilities.

Pay:
$ $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
