Description

The Tax Department of Schwarz Dienstleistung is responsible for the tax matters of the companies within the Schwarz Group, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations, as well as consistent legal application. They secure the Schwarz Group companies against tax risks and contribute to tax optimization.

Your Responsibilities

Direct contact person (m/f/d) for around 40 country units worldwide at Lidl, Kaufland, PreZero and production
Consultation on all tax-related issues with international implications, as well as coordination with departments and advisors abroad
Implementation of structural measures in collaboration with the tax departments of country subsidiaries
Participation in interdisciplinary, international projects (e.g. real estate projects, new business models, special projects)
Accompaniment and shaping of the post-merger process for all foreign company acquisitions

Your Profile

Successfully completed studies in business administration, tax law or a comparable field
Ideally completed tax advisor exam
Relevant professional experience in the tax department of a company or in consulting
Responsible and structured work style, process-oriented thinking, quick comprehension and strong communication skills
Very good German and English skills
