Strategic management of our key accounts and major customersHandling of national and international tenders for technical services in the real estate sectorAcquisition of new key accountsPrice negotiations, proposal preparation, contract closures

Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualificationSeveral years of field service experience and experience in facility management/building technology requiredGood technical understandingSAP knowledge advantageous, strong MS Office skillsGood English skills essentialIndependent and structured way of workingStrong customer and sales orientation and high self-motivationDecision-making and implementation skills as well as excellent communication skillsHigh willingness to travel nationwide
