Position Summary:

The Regional Director must have at least 5+ years in this role and is responsible for overseeing all Chicken Maison and Top Tenders locations in the LA and OC Areas.

They have the responsibility for mentoring and developing leaders and ensuring efficient Restaurant operations. Being an ambassador and leader are critical components in this position. Also ensuring that company policies, procedures and vision are practiced consistently daily. This person will also a forward thinker and strategize how to assist in growth of the company.


Overall Responsibilities:


  • Training, coaching and mentoring Chicken Maison and Top Tenders management team and lead a team of field managers (District manager and General Managers) FOH and BOH that subscribes to a culture of proactiveness, ownership, accountability, and understanding.
Responsible for overall operational and financial performance of Mediterranean Maison Inc., restaurants.

  • Responsible for making operational decisions in line with the strategic direction of the company, maintaining communication with CEO and restaurants management on strategic matters with weekly report and quarterly planning directly to CEO.
  • Responsible for achieving Company's goals and develop business strategy for the restaurants. Create and execute action plans to drive sales revenues profitability and margin growth by managing restaurants management and resources, delegates task and coordinates multiple functions to established company's objectives by most effectively and efficiently.
  • Set operating standards and systematically evaluate operating systems and standards. Monitor restaurant performance against standards and implement solutions to improve performance, drive culture for exciting and friendly energy throughout the stores.
Responsible for leading a team of field managers that subscribes to a culture of proactiveness, ownership, accountability, and understanding.

  • Meet with assigned restaurant leaders to achieve restaurant operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customerservice standards; determining system improvements and implementing change.
  • Ensure the restaurant management are aware of current applicable government regulations. Training for Safety, ADA Compliance, Sexual Harassment.
  • Develop and improve Catering Department A to Z
  • Set operating standards and systematically evaluated operating systems and standards. Monitor restaurant performance against standards and implement solutions to improve performance.
  • Ensures appropriate staffing levels and expertise, and oversees hiring, training and performance of employees, disciplinary actions and improvement plans.
  • Direct and mentor all positions within the operations services and excellence for 100% focused on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Pay:
$95, $115,000.00 per year
