As a working student (m/f/d) with us, you will benefit from an exciting range of tasks and an attractive compensation.

As a full-fledged team member, you will support the HR people eXperience & projects team with the following responsible tasks:

Support in communication planning for the Learning & Development department and various qualification programs
Assistance in the conception and implementation of internal and external communication and marketing measures through various channels (direct mailings, newsletters, social media)
Writing and editing of contributions (reports, blogs, interviews, etc.) in German and English
Building and designing groups and pages on the internal social intranet
Graphic preparation, visualization and design of banners, mailings, etc.
Creation of presentations on communication and selflearning organization topics
Reporting on L&D communication measures, including evaluation of click rates
Support for the topic of learning culture with measures related to success measurement, design of the learning landscape (tools, portals, etc.), or employee engagement

Profile:

You are currently studying for a Bachelor's degree in media or communication management, or are in a gap year. (Please attach your current enrollment certificate.)
In addition, you have the following knowledge and skills:

First experiences in marketing or (corporate) communication, e.g. through previous internships
Strong interest in HR topics, especially Learning & Development, as well as marketing and communication topics
Excellent knowledge of trends in
