Director Job Description:
Creation Station in is looking for a Full Time Dance Teacher/Studio Director

ARE FULLY VACCINATED FOR COVID19 (at least first full doses)
Responsible and Flexible
Extremely Energetic & Organized
Love to Teach children and comfortable with adults
Experience in customer service or retail
Can work weekdays and weekends(all of our Directors are required to work one weekend day)
Can Do Attitude and Entrepreneurial Spirit
MUST Have dance experience/training as you will be teaching classes(ballet/basic tap and Hip Hop for KIDS) in addition to running the studio.(the majority of our students are under 8 yrs old)

This position is an opportunity to create a long term career in the dance field and work with a studio that has been in operation for 3 decades and growing There is potential for advancement with greater responsibilities and compensation.

Some responsibilities will include:

Signing up students for classes
Providing training and support to our Teacher team
Running the studio on a daily basis
Ensuring a safe environment for our staff and our families
Managing attendance, makeups and new and returning student sign ups
Developing relationships with our wonderful families, to name just a few

Must live in reasonable proximity to the studio.

Compensation will be depending on experience and includes holiday pay, scheduled pay increases and bonuses, and a Heath Care Program.

The schedule for this position usually consists of 4 weekdays plus 1 weekend day to be mutually determined. Compensation/Bonus structure discussed when offer presented. This position is FULL TIME-30 to 40 hours and a combination of teaching hours and running the studio.
