Our firm, which owns and operates multi-family apartment rentals, single-family home rentals, and commercial assets in Boston and surrounding areas, is committed to excellence in customer service and quality.

With approximately 3,500 residential units across 12 states and another 1,500 units under development, it's an exceptional time to join our dynamic team.
Key Highlights:

Compensation around $90k range, plus generous bonuses.
In-office role based in Boston, MA including some site visitation.
Broad profile welcomed, including strong development experience within real estate, project management, and analysis.
Responsibilities:
Lead and support development and construction efforts for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Collaborate with project managers, visit project sites, and liaise with investors.
Manage various vendors, consultants, interior designers, general contractors, and investor relations.
Oversee primarily apartment building projects, as well as involvement in condo and mixed-use developments.
Qualifications:1-3 years of development experience in real estate, project management, or analysis.
Experience in deal side and acquisitions, including underwriting and due diligence.
Ability to manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
