Your Responsibilities

  • As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for taking care of our customers This mostly includes driving students and their parents. You will provide guidance and answer any questions they may have about getting their driver's license, before and during their training.
  • You will communicate with our customers in person, over the phone, via email, and through messaging.
  • With your relaxed, friendly, and preferably humorous personality, you will guide your students through their training until they pass their exam.
  • Surprise, surprise: we also have driving instructors You will support them with their daily tasks Don't worry, you won't have to sit in the passenger seat and teach the students. We mean more administrative tasks.
  • Additionally, you will book and coordinate exam dates with the TÜV (German technical inspection association). It may not sound exciting, but at least the TÜV has a smiley in its name.
