    About the Position

    As the Assistant Manager, Nursery, you will closely collaborate with the Nursery General Manager to oversee daily cultivation activities at our site. Your responsibilities include providing support to the cultivation staff, performing various tasks to ensure the growth and maintenance of cannabis plants.

    Responsibilities
    • Execute duties of the Cultivation Technician III
    • Lead and support the cultivation team in propagation, cultivation, and harvest processes
    • Organize production plans and schedules to ensure healthy flower production
    • Manage plant maintenance, fertigation programs, and pest control strategies
    • Implement cultivation protocols and fertilization programs
    • Address plant health issues and maintain a clean environment
    • Ensure compliance with Track and Trace protocols
    • Perform additional assigned duties
    Requirements
    • Minimum age of 21 and clear criminal background
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Prior experience in agriculture, warehouse, or manufacturing preferred
    • Adherence to company values and ethical standards
    • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
    • Understanding of cannabis laws and regulations
    • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changes
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    • Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
    Compensation

    The starting hourly pay for this role is $35.00, with variations based on experience and location.

    Physical Requirements/Environment
    • Normal vision, ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and operate job-related equipment
    • Physical agility for various tasks throughout the shift
    • Normal hearing range and no insect allergies/fears
