- Manage flow and tracking of introductions between startups and providers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and seek new partners, where needed.
- Collaborate closely with Rev1 accounting team to continually monitor engagement status and invoicing.
- Manage data integrity via and coordinate with internal resources to provide regular reports for Rev1 team and external partners.
- Act as a liaison between startups and corporates, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration.
- Work collaboratively with the Rev1 team to capture and update all relevant connections within our data systems.
- Provide regular updates on the progress of connections and partnerships.
- Lead deal flow sourcing via discovery conversations with founders, entrepreneurs, and partner engagement.
- Work cross-functionally with Market Intelligence & Data Analytics to synthesize industry and startup data to help guide partner opportunity.
- Minimum 2-5 years experience working with entrepreneurs, strategic corporate relationships, or venture capital.
- Project management expertise: ability to take detailed notes, manage timelines, stakeholder activities and communication to achieve project and partnership objectives.
- Excellent relationship management skills. Ability to tactfully engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-starter with ability to own a project and/or a partner account from end to end.
- Willing to explore new ways to approach problems and opportunities. Optimistic, always questioning how it can be done better, understands risk mitigation and above all, ability to execute.
- Comfortable working within an established, yet evolving system to identify, develop, mature and harvest startup-corporate opportunities.
- Comfortable developing opportunities and making decisions with limited data or information.
- Experience understanding where and how technology or new business models can address key challenges and present new opportunities for customers.
- Experience and connections into the Columbus regions entrepreneur and innovation ecosystem.

About the Right Candidate
Manager, Partner Success is a critical member of Rev1s Partnership team, a diverse team driving connectivity between startups and corporates. Youll join our Columbus South Campus Gateway office (hybrid working model) on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will be passionate about entrepreneurship someone who thrives in a fast-paced customer/client-facing role. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing key program initiatives, and facilitating effective connections between startups and relevant corporate partners. Reporting to the Managing Director, Corporate Partnerships, this team member will be highly organized and an excellent communicator and can work cross-functionally with entrepreneurs, Rev1 team members and executives, Corporate Partners, and startup community peers.
WHAT YOULL DO:
Lead Rev1 Vetted Service Providers Program that delivers quality services for startups at an affordable rate
Prepare regional startups for meaningful corporate connections:
Support curation of startup deal flow for corporate innovation partners:
Act as a key project manager supporting the Rev1 Partnerships team in the execution of internal initiatives to promote contract adherence, data consistency and other projects as needed.
Attend targeted industry events to network and identify startup and partner opportunities.
Be a credible spokesperson for Rev1 externally (conferences, business to business meetings, community stakeholders, etc.).
