Property Inspector - Bath, United States - Vision Government Solutions Inc

Responsibilities
- Accurately gather and record specific data points relevant for property valuation
- Serve as publicfacing representative of the appraisal team, always maintaining professional communication and appearance
- Submit regular reports to track progress against assigned work
- Measure and inspect interior and exterior of property
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to/from assigned work location
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Bending, stretching, and kneeling may be required during property inspections
- Ability to climb stairs and carry 510 lbs of equipment
- Comfort working outdoors for extended periods of time, in all seasons/weather
- Effective verbal communication; the ability to put at ease members of the public who ask questions regarding a property visit
- Ability to work flexible hours during 40hour work week
- Valid driver's license
- Real estate training a plus, but not required
- Mail carrier or delivery experience a plus
