Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Security Guard to join our team.

As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our tenants and employees.

Your primary focus will be on preventing theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities.


Responsibilities:

• Patrol a very large building on foot to ensure the safety and security of the premises
• Respond to emergencies and incidents, such as accidents or medical emergencies, promptly and appropriately & notify law enforcement when needed
• Enforce property rules and regulations to maintain order and prevent unauthorized access
• Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify any security vulnerabilities or hazards
• Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of daily activities
• Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to resolve securityrelated issues
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, answering questions, and addressing concerns

Experience:

• Previous experience in security is preferred but not required
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certification is a plus but not required
• Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
• Excellent report writing skills to document incidents accurately
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with mínimal supervision
