- Document PLC programs using RS Logix 5, 500 & 5000 software.
- Perform electrical preventive maintenance, including screw tightening, component replacement, visual inspection, panel cleaning, panel wiring, wire tracing & panel documenting.
- Design & install safety controls upgrades to protect workers & machines, with an eye on meeting or exceeding industry requirements, maintaining our standing as an America's Safest Companies.
- Engineer MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) improvements.
- Share responsibility of oncall technical support on a rotating schedule.
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Associate's Degree in Electrical Studies is preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience as an Electrical Technician in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with PLC (Programmatic Logic Controller), AutoCAD, RS Logix 5, 500 and 5000 software.
- Ability to program Allen Bradley PLCs, HMI's, Vision Systems & networking.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Industrial electrical troubleshooting skills & manufacturing system knowledge.
- Ability to troubleshoot Industrial controls systems.
- Variable frequency drive experience.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation.
