    Here at Moderno, we focus on making sure both our customers and our teams are our top priority. As we continue to expand- we continue to look for the perfect individuals that make our teams different from other workplaces. We are currently in search for a very special position- our Customer Service Representative for one of our locations.**Responsibilities**

    Greet visitors at office

    Scheduling and ensuring customers have clear project timelines

    Assure all team members have clear understanding of assignments for the day

    Maintain all systems updated and clear for day-to-day operation reporting

    Coordinate and organize office activities

    **Qualifications**

    1- 2 years of sales/retail experience within a customer service

    Strong work ethic and communication skills

    Independent thinking- must be comfortable working alone

    Has some understanding in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software

    Understand the importance of service with both our internal and external clients

    Strong communication skills, bilingual Spanish speaker is a plus

    Strong ability to multitask

    Friendly and upbeat demeanor

    **Compensation/Benefits**

    The compensation for this position is as follows: Bi-Weekly salary position, 40 hours/week, $14-16/hour.
