    About the Role

    In this role you will be Implementing a global T&E and purchasing card program and ensure proper controls under the T&E and purchasing card program, work with e-commerce team, and accounts Receivable team to minimize chargebacks, fees, and fraud

    Primary Responsibilities
    • Act as the administrator for all banking and financial tools across the organization.
    • Enter electronic disbursements
    • Daily cash positioning and reporting
    • Troubleshoot daily transaction issues
    • Identify opportunities and implement Treasury-related business process improvements
    • Develop and support Treasury policies, procedures and controls
    • Support special projects and acquisitions as assigned
    • Supervise maintenance and update signatories on every global bank account
    • Perform periodic cost review of bank fees
    • Oversee daily cash forecast and global cash position reporting
    • Monitor and oversee existing bank account services and signatories including bank account administration for opening, migrating and closing accounts
    • Evaluate and recommend banking products, services and platforms as appropriate
    • Effectively work with and support internal business partners including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Legal, Tax/ Legal teams and IT
    • Work with internal and external auditors
    • Manage corporate card program

    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
    • Excellent communication skills in dealing with internal and external customers and businesses partners
    • Knowledge of banking systems and experience with wire and ACH templates is a plus
    • 5+ years of Accounting Operations and/or Treasury experience
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Ability to meet deadlines
    • Project management skills
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Self-motivation and attention to detail

    At Orveon Global, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.

    The pay range for this position is $69,000 - $100,000. Supplemented with all the amazing benefits above for full-time employees
