Responsibilities
The
Treasury Manager
is an integral part of the of the Global Finance team and will be responsible for planning and execution of the company's day-to-day and period end corporate treasury activities.
These activities include management of all treasury operational activities including daily cash positioning, cash flow forecasting, debt and liquidity management, debt compliance, payment processing, bank relationship management, and assisting senior management in specialized financial projects.
This position will oversee one Treasury Analyst.Responsible for daily cash management including all disbursements, receipts, transfers and reconciliations. Create and distribute daily cash activity reports
Partner with FP&A and Accounting to prepare weekly cash and interest expense forecasts
Work with Finance team to improve cash forecasting accuracy and reduce variability
Manage relationships with banking and credit partners
Preparation, review and distribution of external reporting and covenant compliance materials, including borrowing base certificates and financial reporting
Manage and administer the letter of credit/bank guarantee portfolio and consult with the business units, as needed, to facilitate timely and accurate issuance
Assist in preparation of board materials and operational reporting materials
Integration of treasury operations of acquired companies
Ensure all financials controls are adhered to and operating efficiently
Contribute to projects as assigned
Required Experience & Qualifications
Experience:
7+ years of treasury or corporate finance experience
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
Strong analytical, financial and banking systems skills with advanced understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Critical Skills & Attributes
Ability to work effectively in a diverse fast placed, dynamic and team-oriented environment
Accustomed to meeting project timelines and communicating with senior management
Excellent oral and written communication skills
