Job summary
We're looking for a Counsel to join our Law Department as a member of the U.S. Distribution (USD) group This role requires drafting reviewing and negotiating agreements arising from the distribution of Paramount's programming services and contentResponsibilities
- Providing advice and counsel on legal business affairs matters
- Monitoring contractual regulatory compliance
- Assisting with departmental administrative functions assignments requiring interaction with other groups within USD attorneys supporting client groups executives across Paramount.
