    Role Summary:

    As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will be instrumental in nurturing strong client relationships, driving engagement, and ensuring long-term retention. Through proactive support, strategic guidance, and program enhancement, you will contribute significantly to our overall client satisfaction and retention efforts.

    Responsibilities:

    Utilize client notes to assist strategists in advancing clients' objectives across their personal brands, offers, target audience, messaging, and content strategies, ensuring alignment with company best practices. Recommend workshops and customized resources.

    Conduct audits of clients' websites, social profiles, etc., and issue support tickets to propel objectives forward. Oversee support ticket requests to ensure high-quality results.

    Collect data and metrics to monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations to drive performance and success, track client progress and identify areas for improvement.

    Expect to delve into key factors that attract leads to your business, including target audience, offerings, unique selling propositions (USP), unique value propositions (UVP), SEO, content strategy, lead generation, consultative selling, and even the systems you use for delivery and increase efficiency.

    Stay updated on internal resources, courses, workshops, as well as industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, incorporating new insights to enhance the effectiveness of our sales program.

    Engage with the Pro Membership Community as a client-facing program advisor, serving as a thought leader on personal branding best practices and social media trends and welcoming clients, providing expertise, and managing support requests.
