Who we are

ROM Technik is an expert in the entire spectrum of building technology (TGA). This technology is essential for making buildings habitable and usable, and includes the supply of energy, electricity, water, and air. Our team of over 2,000 highly qualified employees are specialists in planning, implementing, and operating all aspects of building technology.

Starting on August 1, 2024, we are offering a 3.5-year apprenticeship at our location in Kiel.

What you will learn with us

Through theory and practical training on construction sites in the NRW region and at our own training center in Essen, you will learn how to plan, install, and maintain refrigeration, air conditioning, and heat pump systems.
You will gain a clear understanding of the complex interplay of individual components, including electronic and electrical components, and their functions.
At the customer's site, you will be responsible for creating a comfortable environment: you will learn about the requirements for our systems and calculate, for example, the cooling capacity needed for specific rooms.
