Purpose:

Responsibilities:

Ensure field staff are following all company and jobsite safety protocols.
Manage and lead a team of pipefitting field employees on construction jobsites.
Review and approve designated team's time cards.
Accurately complete required labor monitoring documentation.
Coordinate material and tools in the warehouse to be sent to jobsite.
Complete job safety analyses at designated cadence.
Highlight drawings to show field installation progress and communicate with Project Manager.
Monitor and ensure quality and timely installations.
Ensures proper placement, alignment, and operation according to specifications.

Qualifications

A minimum of 6+ years of experience as a HVAC Pipefitter, required.
A high school degree or G.E.D.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Possess a valid driver's license.
Indepth knowledge of piping systems, materials, and installation techniques.
Strong supervisory skills to lead a team effectively
