Smart Start: We will show you how customer consultation works for credit transactions, payment transactions, and money and capital investments. You will independently support customers in your branch from the beginning.
Learning: In your apprenticeship, you will acquire the necessary theoretical knowledge during the weeks at vocational school to then take your final exam as a bank clerk at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
Living risk culture: We will familiarize you with our risk culture so that you develop a sense of responsibility in the proactive handling of risks within the bank and continuously develop it.
