Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and achieve business objectives
Lead and manage all aspects of operations including production, supply chain, logistics, and quality control
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to optimize performance and reduce costs
Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, suppliers, and other partners
Provide senior leadership guidance to department heads and managers to ensure alignment with organizational goals
Oversee project management activities to deliver projects on time and within budget
Identify opportunities for business development and expansion while maintaining operational excellence

Experience:

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a senior leadership role
Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to set clear objectives and execute plans effectively
Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies and implementation
Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of managing and developing highperforming teams
Proficiency in negotiating contracts and agreements to drive business success
