Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our team. As a Laboratory Technician, you will play a crucial role in conducting various laboratory tests and experiments. Manufacturing Lab Tech experience is required and will be confirmed. This position is responsible for all aspects of electrocoating line and our industrial waste treatment system.
This is a second shift position.
Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory tests and experiments following established protocols and procedures
- Preform necessary tests to keep chemical tanks within specifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Keeping industrial waste treatment systems running in accordance with our waste water permit
- Maintain accurate records of test results and observations
- Follwing all Quality policy and procedures
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Be familiar with and proficient in laboratory equipment (i.e. pH meter)
- Basic knowledge of chemicals and chemical equipment
- Experience in an industrial setting a must
- Proficiency in math calculations for dilutions, concentrations, and data analysis
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend during most of the production shift. Additional physical demands include reaching and occasionally being able to lift 65 lbs.
Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
