    Description
    Sr. Financial Analyst

    Our well-known manufacturing client seeks an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join their team If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a close-knit group, this is an excellent opportunity to join a locally-owned organization as it continues to expand operations after 40+ years.

    This is a hybrid role requiring qualified applicants to commute weekly to offices in Portland, Oregon.
    Develop reports for financial packages.
    Develop financial models to support budgets/forecasts.
    Partner with and present findings to Sales and Marketing departments.
    Budget vs actual variance analysis.
    Analysis of data weekly, monthly for Finance, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
    Perform profitability analysis.
    Responsible for pricing calculations.
    Assist with annual budget process and presentation.
    Sr. Financial Analyst Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
    5+ years of progressive experience in a related role.
    Exposure to manufacturing industry required.
    Strong knowledge of GAAP and FP&A functions.
    Proficient in ERP systems (MS Dynamics preferred), reporting software (Power BI or similar).
    Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (formulas, PivotTables, graphs).
    Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
    Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

    Salary:
    $90k-$110k + Profit Share Bonus (DOE)
