    Regional Truck Driver Job Overview

    • Steady pay you can count on. Earn $1,000-$1,650 per week, depending on fleet and performance, with the top 50% averaging $1,330 weekly thanks to Roehl's Dynamic Pay Plans and performance rewards.
    • Home weekly, every week. Get home weekly, typically for 48 hours, with routes planned to bring you home with a load-making your schedule more predictable and your time off more relaxed.

    *Earnings are based on an average of actual Roehl drivers with at least one year of experience. Pay varies by route, location, experience level, and performance.

    Minimum Hiring Requirements

    • Class A drivers with at least four (4) months of recent driving experience
