Your responsibilities

  • Planning and implementing customer projects in the areas of server and desktop systems, IT infrastructure, and other hardware and software integrations in corporate IT.
  • Support and administration of customer systems.
  • Collaboration with 1st level support.
  • 2nd level customer support over the phone and on-site.
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation.

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed training in the IT field.
  • You have relevant work experience.
  • You have expert knowledge in the installation and administration of Microsoft server and desktop products (including SQL, Exchange).
  • You have expert knowledge in virtualization technology (HyperV/VMware).
  • You have solid knowledge in network infrastructure and troubleshooting.
  • Basic knowledge in firewall (Sophos, OPNsense), Microsoft 365/Azure, and backup techniques (Veeam) is a plus.
  • You are a team player, motivated, and independent.
  • You have strong communication skills.
