Description
The Area Janitor performs manual labor associated with the daily cleaning of office space, break areas, and restrooms. Duties require moderate physical strength and stamina. Work includes dust mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning restrooms, removing trash, polishing furniture, and operating basic mechanical cleaning equipment. The performance of these duties are Monday-Wednesday, and Friday cleaning office suites/buildings in the Phoenix area.

This position is currently Monday-Friday

  • Monday, Tuesday & Thursday (4:30pm7pm)
  • Wednesday & Friday (4:30pm10pm)
Employee will report to the Tempe Office located at 537 S. 48th St.

Suite 104, Tempe, AZ 85281 at 4:30pm daily for Operational brief and pick up company vehicle for use during shift.

Employee will provide janitorial services to 3 small office suites Monday-Friday.

Regular Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Empty trash containers and recycle receptacles.
  • Dust mop, sweep, wet mop, buff floors.
  • Vacuum rugs and carpets.
  • Scrub and clean restroom fixtures and keep restroom supplied with towels, toilet tissue, soap, and other items.
  • Dust and clean walls, doors windows, woodwork, and other above-floor surfaces.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen/break room area
  • Dust, clean and polish furniture
  • Clean door glass interior and exterior.
  • Clean inside and applicable outside window glass
  • Police areas around outside of building
  • Perform related work as required and instructed
**MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE TO DRIVE A COMPANY VHEICLE
