ARCHITECT (w/m/d)
to lead the department "Technical Building Management and Investments (TGMI)"
(Full-time / permanent)

BEING PART OF IT IS EVERYTHING:

Deputy Head of the department "Building Management"
Planning and implementation of construction projects as a client, including awarding of planning contracts, project management, grant management, participation in committees, and personnel management of project managers

DO YOU SPEAK "ADMINISTRATION"
AND UNDERSTAND "TECHNOLOGY"?

Completed degree in architecture from a university of applied sciences or a bachelor's degree
Several years of project experience in leading and managing school and administrative building projects is desirable; preferably in the public sector
Good knowledge of administration (including budgeting, decision proposals, procurement law)
