    Preconstruction Manager

    to join their team.


    NOTE:

    this person can work in any of their offices which includes: Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta, LA, Nashville, Fort Lauderdale, and a few others as well.

    The ideal

    Preconstruction Manager


    candidate will bring significant experience in the cold storage and/or food & beverage sector and help grow that division within the company.


    NOTE:


    The right candidate can have a combination of project management and estimating experience over his/her career and will enjoy being involved in the very early stages of a project.


    Requirements:
    10+ years' experience in commercial construction working as either a Project Manager or Estimator
    Cold Storage experience required for consideration.
    Needs to be someone that enjoys being part of a team and helping grow a new division.
