Title:

France FMS Class Desk Support

Role and Responsibilities:

Perform/Support International Traffic in Arms Release (ITAR) determinations.
Coordination with other NAVAIR/NAWCAD engineering disciplines for new and/or ongoing France related issues.
Participation on PMA231 program and engineering forums to stay abreast of emergent new USN capabilities, engineering change proposals, safety concerns, DMSMS/obsolescence.
Participate in contract activities such as SOW and CDRL development, proposal review, and contract execution.
Develop and review engineering specifications.
Coordinate with Northrop Grumman for ongoing engineering sustainment efforts.
Participate in engineering activities related to new E2D aircraft delivery to France.
Coordinate as needed with the E2 fleet support team.
Participate in Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) events.
This position requires a strong multidisciplined systems engineering background.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in engineering, science, business administration or equivalent experience. 810 years of experience in technical program planning and implementation, contract interpretation budget development and administration of government projects.
DoD Aircraft Platform experience is required.
Prior E2 France experience is desired.
Must be able to work in a team environment.
