    Job Description: Be the vital support to the Executive Sous Chef, ensuring smooth kitchen operations and top-notch food production.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support restaurant chef/sous chef and supervisor
    • Assist in staff training
    • Maintain food quality and consistency
    • Ensure station readiness before service
    • Manage timely food supply
    • Control food cost
    • Learn all menu items for assigned station
    • Handle cold food preparation
    • Execute food orders
    • Ensure product availability
    • Oversee kitchen sanitation and equipment maintenance
    • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization daily
    • Enforce Ecosure rules
    • Monitor kitchen safety
    • Check food quality and consistency
    • Supervise food production
    • Ensure kitchen compliance with standards
    • Review prep and inventory lists

    Qualifications:

    • Flexible schedule availability, including holidays and weekends
    • Minimum 6 months culinary experience in a hotel F&B setting
    • Serve Safe Food Handlers Certification required
